Scholarships
Are you requesting a scholarship for the convention? STOP HERE. All scholarship requests must be completed on paper and mailed to the Region 5 Convention 2024 as noted on the LINKED FORM. Instructions and details for scholarship application are noted on the registration form. Please note that the scholarship is for the convention only – does not cover meal costs, rooms or other expenses. Meal tickets can be purchased as detailed on the registration form. SCHOLARSHIPS are awarded on a “First Come Basis” – apply early. Preference may be awarded to those that have not previously attended a Region 5 Convention. You may complete a scholarship application if you have not previously received a scholarship within the last five years. You must be a Region 5 resident. Recipients will be notified by the registrar. Scholarship recipients are asked to perform service at the Convention in a capacity that matches their abilities. Please indicate the type of service you are willing to provide in the Service Opportunities section on the paper registration form.

Scholarship postmark deadline is June 7th, 2024.

After August 9, 2024 pre-registration is closed.
Meal tickets will not be available at walk-in registration.
